The cleric is getting a new hammer complete with lights and a matching gauntlet that will light up as well. The Shark armor will be getting some upgrades so watch out for that. For this years Halloween build I will be trying my hand at some Halo armor so that should be fun. Other projects to mention is the muscle suit build and finishing up my daughters skyrim armor for this season so we have a lot on our plate here at VanHouter Armor remember to keep checking back for updates on all of our work in progress. and thanks again for checking us out.
After sizing and printing out my Halo pep file I put one half of it together to test fit. With that done it is time to pick a piece to start with, pull it apart and create a foam pattern.
Once the pieces are cut apart transfer the patterns to your foam and with a sharp knife cut them out and you end up with this.
End of day one and a base layer is done. This piece will need a lot of sanding and caulk for the seams before the next layer.
